Standing within its own immaculately kept grounds and with wonderful views across the bay, this charming family-run hotel offers a relaxed, homely atmosphere from the moment you arrive. Your hosts, Dave, Jo and family, offer a warm welcome and a pleasant friendly atmosphere. The comfortable en suite rooms are attractive and well decorated and each room has central heating and a colour television. Some of the rooms have sea views and balconies. A generous full English breakfast is included in the price and there is a well-stocked bar for your enjoyment. The tranquil, peaceful gardens are the ideal place to relax and there is a heated outdoor swimming pool and a patio, where you can enjoy a glass of wine and the superb views. Ideally located in the heart of the English Riviera, the hotel is a short distance from the beach, seafront, town centre, marina and conference centre.

With spectacular views of Torbay and within walking distance of the beach, the harbour and the town centre, the Nethway Hotel is a great choice for a short break or for a relaxing, restful, restorative break on the picturesque South Devon coast. The hotel specialises in group holidays and can cater for coaching holidays, whilst also warmly welcoming private guests. The public areas and bedrooms are well decorated to a high standard and the hotel prides itself on employing friendly and efficient staff to help you enjoy your stay. Ample off-road parking is available for guests’ use free of charge and on most nights entertainment is provided for your enjoyment (subject to numbers). The outdoor swimming pool is a feature of the beautiful gardens, which are noted for being a gorgeous suntrap during Torquay’s summer months. Bus services into the town centre run from directly outside the hotel and during the summer season, a service also runs to the village of Cockington.

Breakfast is normally served between 08:30 and 09:15, but an earlier time can be provided if you need to make an early start. A 4-course evening meal is served at 18:30, with traditional English home cooking available at a reasonable price. The hotel prides itself on providing a tasty, varied menu using local produce wherever possible. Those with special dietary needs or allergies can be accommodated by prior request. Please contact the hotel in advance in order to inform them of your requirements, using the contact details supplied on your confirmation email. After dinner, the well-stocked bar is the ideal place to enjoy your favourite drink with new-found friends, or you can relax in our lounge and enjoy the hotel’s entertainment programme (subject to numbers).
